WHITE RIVER JUNCTION - A woman charged with arson who claims multiple personality disorder has been found competent to stand trial, a judge saying she has "serious mental disorders" but can still assist in her own defense. Fifty-one-year-old Cheryle Potwin of Sharon, is accused in two Sept. 29, 2006, house fires, in Hartland and Woodstock.
